Our Returns Policy

At Vehair we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wig, you have 14 days to send it back for a return.

Your return will be processed within 1 week of us receiving it. Here are the most important details you need to know. Please read carefully as there are no exceptions.

Please note: custom-made products cannot be returned.

If you have chosen a custom wig, returns are not possible because it is custom made. Do you still need adjustments after receiving it? No problem! You can always make an appointment to have the wig adjusted further.

- Your wig must be returned in the condition that it was received. This means the lace has not been altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or heat treated, and all packaging materials are present.

- Each item is inspected upon receipt before refund is given. Should we discover signs of use, your return will be refused or an additional 50 euros will be deducted from your refund.

Requirements when fitting wigs:

If you want to try on the wig, always use the supplied wig cap to keep the inside of the wig fresh and clean.

**NOTE: If you pay via PayPal, or credit card, we will retain an 8% percentage on any returns or cancellations due to the higher processing fees charged by these processors.

Are you unsure about a color or wig? You are more than welcome to come and try on the Collection models at our office in Antwerp without obligation. We will take all the time for you so that we know for sure that you are satisfied. This way you can order a wig with peace of mind via our website. Read more about the fitting appointment . It is also possible to schedule a video session. Contact us via WhatsApp for the available dates and times & secure yourself an appointment!

If you need a wig urgently or expect it to be delivered the next day, please contact us first to discuss the pick-up options. Unfortunately, we are completely dependent on the postal service and cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered on time.

How does returning work?

I have read the above and would like to make use of the returns policy, what now?

Please notify Vehiar in writing which product you wish to return. Send us an email to veraectors@outlook.com with the subject line 'return notification' and the following:

Reason for return:

And in the attachment a video of the wig.

You will receive feedback on your return request by email as soon as possible, containing further instructions and return details.

Within 2 days after approval of your return, you must return the product in question to Adore Vehair.

Do I have to pay the return costs myself?

The costs for returning to the webshop Adore My Wig are for your own account. Send your package with Track & Trace code so that it is traceable. The current rates of your desired carrier are on the website. Vehair is not responsible for missing return packages.

When will I receive my refund?

We will wait with refunding until the product has been received in good order. The order amount minus restocking costs will be refunded. The refund will be made using the payment method you used previously, unless you agree to another method.
